Detailed description of the operating procedures of the vertical packaging machine
Any equipment needs to be operated and used correctly, otherwise it is prone to danger or damage to the equipment, the same is true for the vertical counting packaging machine.
1. Preparations:
1. Clean up the dirt, sundries and other items on the machine, and clean and disinfect all parts in contact with food.
2. Check whether the screws are loose during transportation. Rotate the belt by hand to check whether the machine is stuck and not rotating. If so, find out the reason and eliminate it.
3. Add lubricating oil (36# oil) to the movable parts on the horizontal seal guide post, cam, and feed clutch. Check whether the gearbox is short of oil, if it is lower than the middle line of the oil tank, please add 36# oil.
A) Turn on the power and close the leakage switch in the electric control box.
B) Set the required temperature of the vertical and horizontal sealing molds, and let the temperature on the temperature control table rise to the required temperature of the packaging material.
2. Boot sequence:
1. Inching packaging machine for trial operation. Turn the unloading clutch handle to the disconnect mark. Start the machine idling without exception.
1. Adjust the stepless speed controller to the slow position according to the mark.
2. After shutting down, send the packaging material to the longitudinal sealing mold along the forming device according to the step of the film threading diagram, click to seal, use the right hand to release the paper pulling clutch, use the left hand to pull the film to the paper pulling wheel, and close the paper pulling clutch.
3. Start the packaging mechanism to empty the bag and check the sealing quality.
4. Close the loading and unloading handles and observe whether the blanking time is correct.
5. Pour a small amount of material into the material bucket, start the packaging machine, test the finished product, and check whether the packaging weight meets the requirements.
6. After the above preparations are completed, mass production of finished products can be carried out.

Disconnect the feeding clutch → press the stop button to stop → disconnect the main power switch → cleaning, cleaning
