4. Some parts of the vertical screw packaging machine cannot be changed at will. Non-professionals are not allowed to open the electrical part. 1. Rolling bearings are parts of the machine that are severely worn, so each rolling bearing should be greased with a grease gun once about two months;
2. Different parts of the lubricating oil have different types, such as the bushing on the packaging film roller, and the bushing at the front sprocket of the feeding conveyor should be filled with 40# mechanical oil in time;
4. The lubrication of the chain is common, and it is relatively simple. Each sprocket chain should be dripped with mechanical oil with a kinematic viscosity greater than 40 in a timely manner;
5. The clutch is the key to start the packaging machine, and the clutch part should be lubricated in good time.
