Packaging equipment failures are usually reflected in three aspects: transmission failures, material and product transportation failures, and product missing failures.
1. The transmission is faulty
The performance of electric failure is system failure, mechanism operation is not synchronized. These failures are usually caused by improper operation, equipment vibration resulting in loose fasteners and other reasons, if a failure occurs, it will cause serious damage to the equipment and extend the downtime. Therefore, this kind of failure must be resolutely eliminated.
The main measures are to strengthen equipment maintenance and early maintenance of equipment, and eliminate strict operating procedures in the bud of failure.
2. Packaging raw materials and product transportation failure
The fault mainly includes the fault that the product is blocked in the transportation channel. The reason for this failure is that, in addition to the above circle and the auxiliary material itself, the channel size of the equipment is improperly adjusted, and the operation channel is dirty. After a failure, the equipment can automatically control the downtime and perform manual operations, during which there is a safety risk. These failures cannot be eliminated, so it is necessary to strengthen equipment maintenance and advance maintenance, improve the accuracy of equipment adjustment, and improve the operation level of employees.
3. Product failure
Due to the adaptability of the raw materials transported and packaged and the product itself, no equipment downtime occurs in the packaging, but the packaged product is missing or increased. In this case, the later project needs to set up multiple lines of control. At the same time, the matching between devices and the collaboration between actions should be adjusted to a synchronous state. Maintenance personnel should be familiar with the working principle of the device, and periodically modify the device to effectively work before the frequency of faults occurs.
