The second type, high-speed drum vibration plate The vibrating plate has a simple structure, is economical and practical, has a low failure rate and is convenient for maintenance. The feeding accuracy is very high. The accuracy of (+0.01 mm) can be achieved by using the guide pin, and the feed speed of 30 m/min can be achieved by using the reverse device. The vibrating plate has the advantages of high feed accuracy, fast speed, no additional power supply, and low failure rate, and has become the most widely used vibration plate at present.
Third, the new clamp vibration plate Through the cam drive and the design of a curved cam and three cam cams, a high-speed and stable feed is realized. It is suitable for material thickness 0.08-1.5mm, low inertia, speed up to 1500 times per minute, real high-speed stamping field.
Fourth, the air vibration plate The vibration plate is the earliest vibration plate in the stamping industry. Mainly used for collection of low-speed, high-precision stamping products. The feed speed of the air vibration plate is relatively slow, the feed accuracy is not high, and it is gradually eliminated, but the operation is simple and the price is reasonable.
