Situation 1. The LOGO of the outer bag depends on the order
There are many customers in this situation, some products are sold domestically, and light film packaging can meet most of the packaging needs; once the products are exported, then the environmental protection label on the outer bag is an inevitable demand.
In this case, customers with a small order volume can consider choosing a coding machine. The corresponding LOGO can be customized, the consumables are low, and the configuration cost is lower than that of thermal transfer printers. It is a very good processing method.
But this approach has several disadvantages:
1) Ribbon consumables: every time a LOGO is printed, the ribbon of the corresponding size is lost, which is also one of the cost components;
2) Printing clarity: Compared with printing, the printing and printing LOGO clarity is slightly different, depending on the quality and integrity of the ribbon;
3) Printing size: The printing width and height of the thermal coding machine are limited.
