Scope of application

This machine is mainly used for large-scale heat shrink packaging such as cosmetics, printed matter, medicine, electrical appliances, food, beverages, hardware and plastics, etc. It is used in conjunction with the jet heat shrink packaging machine to achieve complete packaging and good shrinkage effect items.

Features of high-speed side sealing machine

  • Longitudinal seal (side seal) can be cut continuously and uninterruptedly by constant temperature knife.

• The horizontal seal adopts the form of constant temperature knife and lift seal.

• When the product size changes within the allowable range of the equipment, it can be easily adjusted by the equipment itself without changing any molds or fixtures.

• Automatically detect product length in horizontal or vertical direction through two sets of electric eyes. The product length is not limited, and products of different lengths can be produced at the same time.

• Easy to operate and learn. Five sets of converters are used to precisely control the transmission.

• Plexiglass security doors not only ensure safety, but also monitor production.
