What are the maintenance work of the weighing packaging machine?


1. Dust plug and check valve:


       If the dust-proof plug surface in the feeding impeller box is blocked by cement, the compressed air cannot enter the impeller box to assist the flow, and the discharge will not be smooth and the discharge volume will be unstable. If the dust plug or one-way valve falls off and is damaged, cement dust enters the compressed air pipeline of the weighing packaging machine, which will block and damage the entire pneumatic system components.


       Therefore, when it is found that the cement flow rate is small, the nozzle is not blocked by foreign objects, and the compressed air pressure and throttle valve are normal, the dust plug in the impeller box should be checked and replaced to ensure smooth air flow. If it is found that there is dust in the compressed air pipeline and the solenoid valve is blocked, it means that the dust plug is damaged and needs to be replaced.


2. Throttle valve:


       The throttle valve plays the role of adjusting the flow-assisting air volume. If it is found that the airflow size cannot be adjusted or it is blocked, it needs to be replaced, so as to ensure that the flow-assisting air volume can be adjusted according to the needs at any time.


3. Pneumatic control valve:


       The spring and piston in the valve are easy to be jammed and damaged, resulting in the failure of the pneumatic flow assist to connect, the cement in the impeller box cannot be in a fluid state, and the output of the nozzle is small or not.


       When it is found that the output is small and the nozzle is not blocked by foreign objects, the quick connector on the detachable air pipe is used to check whether the compressed air pressure and flow are normal. If the air flow is small, the pneumatic control valve should be disassembled to clean the valve core, or replaced directly.


4. Solenoid valve:


       Affected by the moisture in the compressed air, after the solenoid valve is used for a period of time, the valve core will be corroded and blocked, and it will not be able to operate normally or not move in place, resulting in the slow action of the cylinder or no action.


       When Y1 and Y2 are faulty, the three-position cylinder cannot operate normally or moves slowly, and the coarse and fine flow valves cannot be opened or closed in time, which will lead to a large error in the weight of the cement bag.


       When Y3 fails, it may happen that the bag pressing head cannot be pressed or loosened in time, which will cause the weighing bag to fall off at the beginning of filling, or torn when the bag is pushed.


       When Y4 fails, the weighing and packaging machine may not be able to push the bag, or the speed of pushing the bag is too slow. rupture.


       Therefore, after the weighing and packaging machine is stopped, it is necessary to check the solenoid valve, disassemble and clean the valve core of the solenoid valve that does not operate normally, or replace it directly. If there is no daily downtime, the solenoid valve should be checked and cleaned at least once a week to ensure that the weighing and packaging machine is in good working condition.
