3. Turn on the main power switch, turn on the power to start, set and check the packaging speed, and apply the packaging film.
4. Turn on the material supply system for automatic packaging.
5. During the production process, check the quality of the product at any time, whether the packaging requirements are qualified, and adjust if there is any problem.
6. The operator must not adjust some of the machine's operating parameters at will, such as the number of runs and other parameters. If adjustments are required, they must be reported to the shift leader and adjusted by related maintenance personnel or technicians; during production, according to the actual situation, the operator Various parameters can be adjusted appropriately to ensure the stable operation of the equipment and ensure normal production and product quality.
7. If there is a problem with the equipment or the product quality is unqualified during production, the machine should be shut down immediately to deal with the problem. If you can’t handle the problem yourself or if you have a big problem, notify the monitor immediately and let the maintenance staff handle it together. The operator must deal with the problem together with the maintenance staff, solve the problem in a faster time, and resume production.
8. Operators should pay attention to the safety of themselves and others at any time during the operation to prevent safety accidents.
9. Every operator shall ensure the sanitation of the machine and the surrounding ground at any time, clean the ground and the machine in time, do not place waste films and other sundries around the machine, standardize the placement of unqualified products and turnover boxes, and keep the site tidy.
10. Clean up objects on the ground at any time and keep the site sanitary. At the same time, pay attention to whether the conveyor belt is off-track. If the conveyor belt is off-track, correct it immediately to avoid damage to the conveyor belt.
11. After the production of each shift, the operator must cut the bottom to clean up the sanitation of the machinery and equipment. During the cleaning process, it is strictly forbidden to damage the equipment.
12. Before leaving get off work every day, make accurate statistics and record on-duty output.
