2. Do not wash the machine with water. When the workplace is wet, the operator should not work barefoot.
3. Do not stick to the surface of the conveyor roller; the main parts of the fastener packaging machine should be lubricated with oil frequently. Remember to unplug the power when the machine is not in use; do not change the parts on the machine at will.
4. Do not pass your head and hands through the track of the belt during operation; do not directly touch the heating film with your hands.
In addition, the daily maintenance of the fastener packaging machine needs to do the following:
(1), once a week, remove the debris or dirt from the machine.
(2), once a month, do the cleaning, maintenance and lubrication of the upper slide, the middle knife and the front top knife mentioned in the previous section once a month.
(3), once every three months, except for the above two maintenances, add some lubricating oil to all (shaft, center) and bearings.
(4), replenish the oil in the wheel box of the reducer once every two years.

(6). Do not add too much every time you add oil, so as to avoid malfunction of the micro switch due to oil immersion.
