There are many control systems for packaging machines, mainly including electromechanical control, photoelectric control and electronic control. Their main functions are for weighing, counting, positioning, temperature measurement, feeding, material cut-off, safety, protection, etc. There are certain devices for various functions.
1. Packaging machine control system-electromechanical control The electromechanical control device is an ordinary control system whose structure is composed of cams and some electrical components. Simple structure, easy to adjust and maintain. The positioning mechanism is used to make the rotating parts can be accurately fixed in a certain position after being indexed, so as to prevent the force from moving. The cam mechanism has a driven rod connected with the control actuator (such as a switch), which can control the opening, stopping and reversing of the mechanism.
2. Packaging machine control system-photoelectric control The photoelectric control device is composed of light source and photosensitive element (photoelectric conversion device), etc., and its application range is relatively wide. For example, when used for counting, the light source is installed on one end of the conveyor belt, and the photosensitive element is installed on the other end facing the light source; when the finished package is shaded by the light source once, the photosensitive element will send out an electrical signal and drive the counter once, and the counter will display the package The number of finished products.
3. Packaging machine control system-electronic control The electronic control device is composed of electronic components and has the advantages of fast speed, long control distance and high accuracy. Its cost is several times that of general electromechanical control. But when the packaging speed is as high as 1,000 pieces per minute and no errors are allowed, this can only be done by electronic control. Modern high-speed cartoning machines are electronically controlled. The heat sealing time and heat sealing temperature of plastic bag sealing can also be controlled by electronic technology.
