Excessive air pressure may also cause glue dripping, please try to lower the air pressure a little.
Low-quality dispensing valves, such as air leaks, have low processing accuracy, and the valves cannot be closed tightly, thus causing glue dripping.
The use time of the valve is too long, or the glue itself is corrosive, which will cause damage to the seal. In this case, the valve will have a seal when the valve is closed, and the effect of suction will be greatly discounted. Glue, so when the valve is used for a long time, the glue drops, and first try the seal.
If it is the cause of the needle, you can directly replace the needle for testing. A needle that is too small will affect the flow of liquid and cause back pressure, resulting in a drip soon after the valve is closed. A needle that is too small will also affect the air bubble removal action when the valve starts to be used, as long as the larger needle is replaced to solve this problem. The tapered angled needle produces the least backpressure and the smoothest fluid flow. The air in the liquid will cause dripping after the valve is closed. It is best to exclude the air in the liquid in advance, or use a glue that is not easy to contain bubbles, or centrifuge and defoam the glue before use.
