How to adjust the longitudinal sealing pressure of the automatic vertical packaging machine?
The automatic vertical packaging machine is generally composed of several parts such as feeding part, unloading part, stretch film part, horizontal sealing part and vertical sealing part. Different parts have different structures. When installing and debugging the automatic vertical packaging machine, these parts need to be paid attention to in order to debug a complete automatic vertical packaging machine.
When adjusting the longitudinal sealing of the automatic vertical packaging machine, how do we need to adjust the pressure of the longitudinal sealing? The method of adjusting the longitudinal sealing pressure during the commissioning of our KALLY packaging machine is as follows:
1) With the power turned off, first turn the handwheel on the gearbox clockwise by hand until the longitudinal seal is completely sealed, then use a ruler to measure the compression size of the compression spring (note: the longitudinal seal pressure is the longitudinal seal The telescopic distance of the compression spring is within 2mm);
2) Use a 14 open and close open wrench to adjust the left M8 pressure adjustment nut up and down in parallel until the compression spring is in the standard position, and then reset all the loose screws.
When you do not know how to adjust the vertical sealing pressure of the automatic vertical packaging machine, you can adjust it according to the above steps.
