If not, remove the wires of the heating rod and test the resistance. If the resistance is infinite, the heating rod is over. Try another one. The thermocouple is also damaged. This problem is easy to identify. Either the temperature control meter shows a word 1 on the far left, or the temperature keeps jumping. Just replace the thermocouple.
