Six major safety operating points of hardware packaging machine:
1. Check the machine periphery and itself before starting.
2. Motor inspection.
3. Install the packaging material between the two paper stop wheels under the machine and mount it in the groove of the paper stand arm plate of the machine. The paper stop wheel should clamp the core of the loaded material to align the packaging material with the bag maker, then tighten the knob on the stop sleeve and ensure that the printed surface faces forward or the composite surface (i.e. polyethylene surface) faces backward. After starting the machine, adjust the axial position of the packaging material on the paper stand wheel according to the paper feeding situation to ensure normal paper supply.
4. Turn on the main power switch, press the clutch handle to separate the metering mechanism from the main drive, turn on the start switch, and the machine runs empty.
5. Temperature control is determined according to the packaging material.
6. When the machine is stopped, the heat sealer must be in the open position to prevent the packaging material from being burned and to extend the service life of the heat sealer.
Cleaning steps for hardware packaging machines:
1. After the machine stops running, clean all parts, especially the measuring parts.
2. The turntable must be cleaned and wiped dry every day to avoid corrosion.
3. Clean up scattered materials in time.
4. Cursor errors need to be cleaned up in time for radio and television tracking.
5. Clean the seal.
6. Clean the dust outside the machine.
