WHO Raises Global Epidemic Risk Level 'very High'!

World Health Organization Director-General Tan Desai announced on the 28th that the global risk level of the new crown pneumonia epidemic was raised from the previous "high" to "very high".

He also emphasized that the world still has the opportunity to control the new crown pneumonia epidemic. UN Secretary-General Guterres then called at an emergency press conference in New York that all countries should take full responsibility and do everything possible to contain the new crown virus epidemic.

At present, three priorities need to be ensured: all countries must give priority to protecting health workers; second, communities must be involved to protect those most at risk of serious illness, especially the elderly and those with potential health problems; Third, the most vulnerable countries must be protected, and every effort must be made to control the epidemic of disease in countries where they can .
