The structural design of the screw packaging machine needs to ensure the smooth flow and accurate metering of the material (screws). Generally, the packaging machine contains the following main parts:
Feeding device: such as a vibrating plate, which is used to vibrate and sort the screws from the hopper and convey them to the next process.
Conveying device: such as a screw conveyor or a conveyor belt, which is used to convey the screws to the packaging position at a certain speed and direction.
Measuring device: such as a counter or a weighing system, which is used to accurately measure the number or weight of screws in each packaging bag.
Packing mechanism: including the packaging bag feeding mechanism, sealing mechanism, etc., which is used to put the measured screws into the packaging bag and seal it.
Automatic screw packaging machine, its working process:
1. The screws are transported to the conveying device through the feeding device (such as a vibrating plate). (all vibrating feeder are customized by KALLY)
The conveying device transports the screws to the metering device (such as a counter or weighing system) at a certain speed and direction for precise metering. (Different arranging device according to different items. High precision counting device for your choice)
The measured screws are sent to the packaging bag in the packaging mechanism. (Bag forming, items filling)
The packaging bag sealing mechanism seals the packaging bag to complete the packaging process. (sealing cutting)
