(2) Dial the main motor belt by hand to see if the machine is running flexibly. After confirming that the machine has no abnormal conditions, it can be powered on.
(3) Install the packaging material between the two paper rollers under the machine, and place it in the groove of the paper arm of the machine. The paper stopper should clamp the core of the material to make the packaging material and the bag maker. Positive, then tighten the knob on the cover and ensure that the printed side is facing forward or the compound side is facing back. After starting the machine, adjust the axial position of the packaging material on the paper roll according to the paper feeding condition to ensure the paper supply is normal.
(4) Turn on the main power switch of the intelligent automatic packaging machine, press the clutch handle to separate the metering mechanism from the main drive, turn on the start switch, and the machine runs dry.
(5) If the conveyor belt rotates clockwise, stop immediately. At this time, the main motor is reversed, and the belt is turned counterclockwise after the motor is inverted.
(6) Set the temperature and set the heat sealing temperature on the temperature controller of the electric control box according to the packaging materials used.
(7) Adjusting the length of the bag Put the packaging material into the bag-making device according to the relevant regulations, clip it between the two rollers, turn the roller, and pull the packaging material below the cutter. After the set temperature is reached for 2 minutes, turn on the start switch. Loosen the lock nut of the bag length adjustment screw, adjust the handle of the bag length controller, turn clockwise to shorten the length of the bag, and vice versa. After reaching the required bag length, tighten the nut.
(8) Determine the position of the cutter. When the length of the bag is determined, remove the cutter and close the start switch to seal several bags. When the heat sealer has just opened and the roller has not been pulled, stop immediately. Then move the knife on the left first, so that the edge is aligned with the middle of the horizontally sealed bag length (usually 2 to 3 times the bag length), and the blade is perpendicular to the direction of the straight paper. Tighten the left cutter fastening screw. Place the right cutter on the left cutter. After leveling, let the tip of the knife point to the tip of the knife. Tighten the fastening screw on the front of the stone cutter slightly, and press the back of the right cutter downward to make a certain pressure between the cutters. , fasten the fastening screw behind the right cutter, put the packing material between the blades, and tap the front of the right cutter slightly to see if the packaging material can be cut off. Otherwise, it should continue to be cut off. Tighten the front screws.
(9) When the machine is shut down, the heat sealer must be in the open position to prevent the package material from being burned out and extend the service life of the heat sealer.
(10) When turning the metering disc, it is not allowed to rotate the metering disc in the clockwise direction. Before starting the machine, check whether the unloading doors are closed (except for the material door in the open state), otherwise the parts may be damaged.
(11) Metering adjustment When the metering weight of the packaging material is less than the required weight, the adjusting screw of the metering disc can be adjusted clockwise to achieve the required packing amount. If it is larger than the required weight, the reverse is true.
(12) After the filling operation is normal, the machine can work normally. Turn on the counter switch to complete the counting work, and finally install the protective cover.
