The automatic feeding vibrating plate is an essential cutting device for the hardware packaging machine. Its adjustment steps and main points are as follows:
1. Confirm that the vibration body is securely locked on the disk surface.
2. Adjust the controller knob to the middle position
3. Turn on the power to check whether the vibration conveying speed meets the requirements.
4. If it does not meet the requirements, do not turn off the power, loosen any one of the fixing screws that lock the shrapnel, and check the vibration speed change.
5. If the vibration speed of the loosened shrapnel fixing screw becomes faster, the shrapnel is too thick, reduce the number of shrapnel or the thickness of the shrapnel appropriately, then proceed to step 4, and debug again
6. If the vibration speed of the loosened shrapnel fixing screw becomes slower, the shrapnel is too thin, reduce the number of shrapnel or the thickness of the shrapnel appropriately, and then proceed to step 4 and debug again.
7. If the vibration speed does not change much after the adjustment in step 4, it means that the adjustment of the spring plate has been completed.
