The adjustment steps and main points of the vibrating plate have the following 7 points:
1. Make sure that the vibration body is firmly locked on the disk surface.
2. Turn the controller knob to the middle position
3. Turn on the power to check whether the vibration transmission speed meets the requirements.
4. If it does not meet the requirements, loosen any one of the fixing screws of the locking shrapnel without disconnecting the power supply, and check the vibration speed change.
5. If the vibration speed of the loosened shrapnel fixing screw becomes faster, the shrapnel is too thick, moderately reduce the number of shrapnel or the thickness of the shrapnel before proceeding to step 4, and debug again
6.If the vibration speed of the loosened shrapnel fixing screw becomes slower, the shrapnel is too thin, moderately reduce the number of shrapnel or the thickness of the shrapnel before proceeding to step 4, and debug again.
7. If the vibration speed does not change much after the adjustment in step 4, it means that the adjustment of the spring leaf has been completed.
