We all know that there are many electrical/distribution parts that need to be packaged. However, there are many kinds of power distribution products, and the corresponding accessory packaging requirements are also diversified. Therefore, there are different needs for the packaging. Even manufacturers of the same product have different configurations.
Above packing samples from our customer, the difference in the shape of the packaging material between the kits is still very large. In such a whole set of packaging requirements, we need to seek the similarities in this, to achieve the definition of a universal vibrating feeders.
As shown in the figure, we have designed a full set of customization for the five-bowls with belt conveyor. The five sets are all custom-made for the packaging of electrical accessories. Each set has different compatibility and can be turned on or off for different needs.
In the real shot, as shown in the figure, each bowls has a certain universal range adjustable design.
For accessory kits of different power distribution products, there will always be a custom matching to the automated packaging process.
