Solution: Customized Four-Bowl Counting Packaging Machine
Based on the customer's product characteristics and packaging requirements, Kally Machinery developed a customized four-channel counting packaging system.
The machine is equipped with four independent feeding and counting units. Each feeding system is responsible for one specific component, allowing different parts to be counted accurately and released into the same package.
The complete packaging process includes:

Additional Quality Control: Online Checkweighing System
To further improve packaging accuracy, a checkweighing unit was added at the end of the packaging line.
Each finished bag passes through the weighing inspection system, which can quickly identify abnormal packages caused by missing or extra components.
This provides an additional quality control step for manufacturers requiring reliable packaging consistency.
