The transmission system of the mask production line includes motors, gears, reducers, sprockets, chains, conveyor belts and other components. Let me tell you what systems the mask production line consists of:
1. Electrical system:
Check whether the circuit connectors of the mask production line equipment are loose, and are the main power cables and branch signal cables worn? Ageing? Loose electrical equipment? Is the inside of the electrical box clean and boring? Is the exhaust fan working normally?
2. Ultrasonic system: (consisting of ultrasonic electric box, sensation, welding head, connecting wire)
Check whether the ultrasonic system of the mask machine is clean, especially the ultrasonic electric box, sensation (transducer), welding head (amplification ratio) must be dry and clean without water, and the connection line must be firm. Always check the degree of wear of the ultrasonic welding head. Pay attention to the scale of changes in the pointers of the voltmeter and ammeter on the ultrasound box of the mask machine.
3. Air supply system: (composed of air source filter system, air pipe, and cylinder)
Air filter cup Check if there is water in the equipment of the mask production line? Drain water, and by the way, drain water to the air compressor (air compressor drain: areas with high humidity should be drained every day). Check whether the trachea is leaking? Is there a leak in the cylinder? Is the cylinder magnetic sensor orientation and operation normal?
