1. What is a vertical packaging machine?
The vertical packaging machine is fed by the material stretching and feeding device during the packaging process. The plastic film passes through the film cylinder to form a cylindrical shape. The standard photoelectric detection device cuts the length and position of the packaging. The vertical automatic filling packaging machine is a model introduced from abroad in the early 1980s. During the packaging process, the direction of the composite film is perpendicular to the horizontal direction, so it is called vertical. It has the characteristics of simple structure, easy control, low price, etc., and has been widely used in the packaging of powders and granules of medicines. The vertical packaging machine is generally composed of a metering and filling device, an uncoiling device, a traction device, a heat-sealing bag-making device and a cutting device.
Hardware counting and packaging generally use a vertical packaging machine, which realizes automatic production while making bags and filling. Therefore, the equipment is also called "bag forming-filling-sealing packaging machine" (abbreviated as "automatic filling packaging machine"). The roller packaging machine is an early model of the vertical packaging machine. It relies on two heating rollers to seal the bag horizontally and vertically. Its structure is simple, the production cost is low, and the price is cheap. Therefore, it was widely used in the 1980s and 1990s. . 2. The working principle of the vertical packaging machine:
(1) Feeding turntable device. The feeding turntable device is composed of a hopper, a tray, and an adjustable volume measuring cup. The measuring cup is composed of a fixed measuring cup and a movable measuring cup. There is a rotatable bottom plate at the bottom of the measuring cup. There are two fixing pins on the panel under the turntable. When the measuring cup of the turntable is turned to the position of the shaper, the pin pushes the bottom plate apart. After the measuring cup is rotated away, another pin pushes the bottom of the measuring cup back to the bottom of the bottom cup. There is a nut at the center of the lower part of the turntable. Rotating the nut can change the relative position of the upper and lower measuring cups, thereby changing the volume.
(2) Packaging execution system.
The packaging execution system of this machine is composed of paper feeding mechanism, trunk shaper, paper pulling wheel, heat sealer and cutter. The packaging paper comes down from the roll through the paper pulling roller, and the packaging former is made into a paper bag. A pair of paper pulling wheels at the lower part of the front of the machine pull the bag tube down a long distance, and the heat sealer heats the bag tube longitudinally and horizontally. After that, the material is immediately put into the paper bag. When the heat sealer performs heat sealing again, a heat sealing package is completed. The cutter cuts the paper bag from the middle of the sealed part. The heat sealer and the cutter are driven by the same transmission mechanism to move synchronously.
(3) Transmission system
The composition of the transmission system: the vertical packaging machine has a high degree of automation, which is a kind of automatic packaging machine. It has many executive parts, and various executive parts must be coordinated to complete the packaging work. The transmission system of the packaging machine is more complicated. This experimental packaging machine uses a mechanical transmission system; the transmission system includes the following components. Constant ratio transmission mechanism, speed change device, motion conversion device, operation control device, lubrication and sealing device.

4. The scope of application of the vertical packaging machine: due to the short heat sealing time, the heat sealing temperature of the vertical packaging machine is generally higher (above 200℃), and the heat sealing wheel is a mechanical transmission wheel, which is difficult to solve the separation of the heat sealing wheel. Thermal problems, so the temperature of the whole machine is higher, and the heating power of the equipment is higher. At the same time, the distance between the shaper and the heat-sealing wheel is very close, which makes the temperature of the shaper higher, which is not conducive to drawing and filling. Vertical packaging machines are generally not suitable for the packaging of some preparations with poor heat resistance (such as biologically active preparations). The automatic vertical packaging machine is suitable for the packaging of hardware, plastic accessories, puffed food, shrimp crackers, peanuts, popcorn, oatmeal, melon seeds, jelly, sugar, salt, washing powder and other granular strips, short strips, and vermicelli materials.
