The five major components of the vibration plate

A vibrating plate is mainly composed of a hopper, a chassis, a controller, and a linear feeder, but these constituent structures themselves have many classifications, listed as follows:


1. Classification of hopper


The hopper of the vibrating plate can be divided into five types: spiral, cylindrical hopper, conical hopper, line hopper, and equal line hopper.


Second, the classification of the chassis


There are four types of chassis: positive pull chassis, piezoelectric chassis, side pull chassis, and precision chassis.


Third, the classification of the controller


There are five types of controllers like hoppers, which are common controller, FM controller, split-pole controller, digital display controller, and slow-start controller.


4. Linear feeder


The linear feeder is a vibration source that conveys the arranged products in a linear motion, and there is no specific classification.


5. Vibration platform


In general, vibration platforms can be divided into electromagnetic vibration platforms and motorized vibration platforms. Their main role is to perform vertical or horizontal vibration. Motorized vibration platforms can also achieve asynchronous three-dimensional vibration.
