(1) The speed and temperature of the shrinking machine are generally adjusted to about 200 degrees. Don't believe those 150 to 180 degrees, and the speed should be adjusted faster, so that the production efficiency is high, and the tableware packaging is generally made of POF film, the temperature is high, Faster and more beautiful.
(2) Your seal must be good. Whether you use automatic packaging or a pedal machine or a hand press, you must ensure that the seal is firm. If it is not firm, the seal will be easily broken if the temperature is too high, and the shrinkage will not be good if the temperature is not high.
(3) It may be that the air volume of your machine is not large enough. Now there are very cheap machines in the market that are difficult to get good results. It is recommended not to buy cheap heat shrink packaging machines to avoid troubles in production.
