Looking at my country’s packaging machinery companies, about 2,000 of the nearly 7,000 companies are not stable enough. Every year, nearly 15% of the companies switch to production or close down. At the same time, about the same number of new companies enter the industry; lack, with annual sales exceeding 100 million yuan. There are only a dozen or so companies with annual sales of more than 30 million yuan. There are about 50 companies. From the perspective of scientific research product development, it is still basically at the stage of test imitation, self-development capabilities are not strong, scientific research investment is low, and funding only accounts for 1% of sales, compared with 8% to 10% in developed countries.
It can be seen that there is still a big gap between my country's packaging machinery technology level and foreign products, and we need to work hard to increase the technological content in the future. With the development of the economy, the following five new technologies and new developments may appear in packaging machinery.
The delivery time is shorter. After the economic recovery, packaging workers have to manage more production lines, projects and orders. They require filling machine suppliers to deliver a complete production line in a short manufacturing time. Budget needs to be considered, but the continuous growth of demand in various industries, especially the food and beverage industry, determines that they need to obtain highly integrated solutions within a tight deadline to cope with the current fierce market competition.
Flexibility and adaptability. The packaging machine has always been looking for improvement in flexibility, because it has higher flexibility, which means it can choose more different containers to hold hats, stickers, gloves and other products. Packaging staff hope that the packaging machine can adapt containers of different sizes/shapes as a standard function, without the need for additional accessories or customized solutions.
Quick conversion. In recent years, the value-added of inventory units and the order of retailers to avoid inventory as much as possible have prompted people to demand faster conversion of packaging machines. Market demand promotes technological progress. When cleaning, the piston should be removed to clean the cylinder and reset the valve. Now, components such as the piston, cylinder and valve can be cleaned by passing hot water or steam through the oil filling plug. For the one-line filling machine, there is also a trend to support the reduction of ordinary change parts, and even sometimes, in order to change the size of the one-line filling machine, there is no need to change the parts directly.
