Integration of industry and information
At the beginning of 2014, as the German government officially upgraded "Industry 4.0" to a national strategy, "Industry 4.0" immediately became the hottest word in the world's industrial field. In fact, China's packaging industry began the exploration of "Industry 4.0" as early as 8 years ago. The new 4.0 industrialization is actually the standardization of general productivity information.
In the future, the production prospect of automatic counting and packaging manufacturing enterprises should be like this: the factory workshop is equipped with several or more than a dozen intelligent equipment, and the semi-finished products in the process are circulated through the floor chain and conveyor vehicles automatically controlled by the information system. In the process of "intelligent manufacturing", each packaging product has a chip or QR code. This "brain" chip or two-dimensional code can instruct the packaging and printing equipment to print what color, die cut into what shape, and what subsequent processing to perform. Factory employees can use smartphones or central control systems to inquire or control the whole process.
Not only that, the future hardware packaging "smart factory" will no longer manufacture uniform and undifferentiated products, but will produce hundreds of thousands of customized products on a series of automatic hardware counting and packaging equipment.
With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology and Internet of Things technology, the pace of mankind's entry into the "Industry 4.0" era is accelerating. China's hardware packaging products companies must face up to this development trend and actively participate in the process of integration of informatization and industrialization. For many hardware counting and packaging companies, this is undoubtedly a life and death challenge and a golden opportunity for transformation.
