1 Before starting the machine, check whether the parts are loose and in a normal position. If necessary, tighten and return.
2 The equipment should be lubricated as specified in the inspection equipment.
3 Check the machine table for foreign objects or tools and remove them if necessary.
4 Turn on the power, run the switch, and the photoelectric sensor switch to check whether the indicators are on or off. If not, check or replace the fuse.
5 Check if the temperature control display is normal. When the set value is greater than the actual temperature, the indicator light is green, and when the temperature reaches the set value, the indicator light is red.
6 Turn on the operation switch and check if there is any abnormal noise in the equipment. If it is necessary, stop it in time.
7 In the above inspection, if the operator cannot eliminate the fault, please inform the maintenance personnel in time.
