The vibrating plate of the packaging machine is an auxiliary feeding device for automatic assembly or automatic processing machinery. It can arrange various products in an orderly manner, and cooperate with automatic assembly equipment to assemble various parts of the product into a complete product, or cooperate with automatic processing machinery to complete the processing of workpieces.
There is a pulse electromagnet under the hopper of the vibrating plate of the packaging machine, which can make the hopper vibrate in the vertical direction, and the inclined spring sheet drives the hopper to vibrate around its vertical axis. The parts in the hopper rise along the spiral track due to this vibration. In the process of ascending, after a series of track screening or attitude changes, the parts can automatically enter the assembly or processing position in a unified state according to the requirements of assembly or processing. 1. Possible reasons why the vibration plate of the hardware packaging machine does not work
1. Insufficient power supply voltage;
2. The connection between the vibration plate and the controller of the hardware packaging machine is broken;
3. The controller fuse is blown;
4. The coil is blown;
5. The gap between the coil and the skeleton is too small or too large;
6. There are parts stuck between the coil and the skeleton;
7. The vibration plate of the hardware packaging machine is against hard objects, and the top plate or chassis touches other equipment.
2. The vibration plate of the metal packaging machine is weak or too slow, and the material is fed sporadically or irregularly. Possible reasons:
1. The spring is broken;
2. The bottom plate is too thin;
3. The installation table is defective and lacks hardness. If it is suspended on the equipment table, the vibration will be too weak, the thickness of the table should be at least 1-1/2", so as not to absorb vibration, the cylindrical support must be equipped with a triangular support piece;
4. The countertop is not level;
5. There are sundries in the tray;
6. The coil air gap should be as small as possible;
7. The machine rhythm is too fast, causing the parts to slip off the vibrating plate;
8. Power grid fluctuations;
9. The controller needs to be readjusted to adapt to grid fluctuations;
10. Parts problems: out of tolerance, bending, oil, etc.;
11. The fastening screws of the plate and the base are not tight or the position is wrong;
12. Too many parts;
13. Improper adjustment of the chassis;
14. If the material is changed, the disk surface should be re-trimmed and the chassis should be re-adjusted;
15. There may be some problems when using air blowing. There may be: unstable air pressure, air source pollution, water or oil, these pollutants will stay on the surface of the vibrating plate, causing the feeding speed to slow down or even not go away. The air source must be clean, dry, and equipped with independent pressure regulators and filters. Do not use rigid tubing which will reduce feeding performance, use flexible hose instead.
