Bicycle Fittings Packing Machine

Bicycle parts packaging machine. This combined packaging machine is mostly used for mixed parts packages of special-shaped parts and standard fasteners. Standard fasteners realize automatic arrangement and automatic counting through automatic arrangement of vibrating bowls, and special-shaped parts are manually feed into the conveying hopper to realize the whole process of mixed packaging.

Single bowl are mostly used for automatic packaging components of fasteners such as screws. Chain buckets are used for manual auxiliary material passages. After mixing accessories are formed in the silo, a unified sealing and packaging process can be realized.

1. Long screw: automatic arrangement is fast, the output is high, and the vibrating plate automatically counts;

2. Irregular plastic accessories: the arrangement efficiency is low, slow, and the number of packaging is small. The customer requires manual feeding to reduce the cost of equipment procurement;

3. Standard black plastic parts: it is not easy to grab by hand and requires automatic counting and feeding.

4. Washers and round accessories: the vibrating plate is automatically arranged, counting and feeding.
