1. Fully automatic boxing method
In the fully automatic boxing method, except for placing the box blanks in the box blank storage rack of the equipment, other technological processes are carried out by the equipment, which is called fully automatic boxing. The production efficiency of the automatic cartoning machine is very high. However, the cost of equipment is high, the structure of the equipment is cumbersome, the technical requirements for operation and maintenance are strict, and the range of product types and sizes is limited. Therefore, in this respect, it is not as flexible as the semi-automatic cartoning machine.
2. Manual packing method
Manual boxing is a simple boxing method that does not require equipment costs and maintenance costs, but is slow in speed and low in labor efficiency. Packaging designs that require high food hygiene and safety standards can easily lead to microbial contamination, so it is generally not used in contemporary industrial production environments. .
3. Semi-automatic packing method
The semi-automatic boxing method generally requires operators to cooperate with the cartoning machine to complete the outer packaging of the box. The box is taken out, printed out, unfolded, back sealed, and capped by the equipment. The product boxing is usually done manually. The structure of the semi-automatic cartoning machine is very simple, but the type and specification of the carton can be changed in many ways. After changing the type, it is relatively simple to adjust the equipment. It is very suitable for the cartoning of new products with many varieties and small batches.
Working principle of automatic cartoning machine
The whole process of cartoning in the cartoning machine can be divided into five processes: unloading, unloading, unpacking, filling, and closing.
1. Unloading: First, the unloading equipment unloads the material onto the conveyor belt, and the all-intelligent will transmit the instructions to the folding machine and the suction box equipment.
2. Lower box: The suction box equipment removes the carton of the carton library file and puts it on the box-feeding slide rail.
3. Open the box: the slide rail runs to fix the carton, the push plate pulls the carton open, and the two pallets that move with the carton rise slowly from both sides of the slide rail, and block the side of the carton from the front, rear, left, and right directions , so that the small box opens at an angle and shifts to the loading area.
4. Filling: The conveyor belt in the automatic cartoning machine carries the material, and the pusher rod sends the material into the empty box in the filling area.
5. Closing the lid: After the push rod material is sent into the box, the carton is entering the lid closing process under the push of the slide rail. Before closing the lid, the organization will first bend the tongue of the carton with the sheet metal, and the push plate will promote the bending of the lid, so that the tongue can be inserted into the small box.
